Can I purchase more than one symbolic adoption at a time?

Yes, you can process multiple adoptions in one order. Currently, our system can fulfill multiple adoption orders for the same recipient. If you wish to place an adoption for multiple recipients, you will need to place separate orders.

Can I send an adoption as a gift?

Currently, our system processes adoptions to the person listed under the shipping information. If you wish to place an adoption on behalf of someone else, please use their contact information in the shipping address fields. Please note that we cannot hold adoptions for specific dates, adoptions will be processed as they are ordered.

How soon will I receive my adoption package?

For our $25 friend level adoptions, you will receive an email with a download link shortly after you place your order.

For all other adoption levels which contain physical items, adoption packages are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier are out of our control.
